Our approach to each engagement
Each of our services begins with a listening phase. Before we offer guidance, we ask questions. The particular circumstances of an estate — who is involved, what assets exist, what relationships are present — shape what is appropriate in a way that no standard procedure can anticipate.
Once we understand the situation, we provide a written summary of what our involvement would look like, including scope, steps, and fee. You then decide whether to proceed. There is no pressure and no obligation created by the initial conversation.
Throughout any engagement, we keep communication clear and consistent. You will not need to chase us for updates — they are built into how we work.

Service 01
Estate Planning Conversation
A calm, unhurried conversation to understand your intentions and your family's circumstances, followed by clear guidance on preparing a will and organising your affairs under Thai law. This service is suited to anyone who wishes to plan thoughtfully — whether that is because of age, health, an upcoming change in family circumstance, or simply a long-held intention. We listen carefully and the decision to continue to formal documentation is always yours.
What is included
- A structured consultation of up to 90 minutes, in person or by video
- Plain-language explanation of Thai will requirements and formalities
- Guidance on which assets require specific attention or documentation
- Written summary of next recommended steps, sent within two working days
- Opportunity to ask follow-up questions within 14 days of the session

Probate and Administration Help
Patient, thorough help with probate and the full administration of an estate, including court filings, asset documentation, correspondence with third parties, and guidance through each required step under Thai procedure. We keep the process clear and supportive, mindful that this service is often engaged in the period following a bereavement, when the last thing a family needs is unnecessary complexity or an impatient professional.

- Preparation and filing of probate application at the relevant Bangkok court
- Ongoing correspondence with financial institutions and government offices

- Final estate distribution documentation where applicable

We keep you informed throughout and will be honest with you about the strength of your position.

All information shared in the course of any engagement is held in strict confidence. We do not disclose matters to third parties without your explicit written consent.
Written scope before commencement
Every matter begins with a written statement of scope, steps, and fee. You know what is covered and what it costs before anything is underway.
Thai Bar compliance
All practising counsel hold active registration with the Lawyers Council of Thailand and operate within applicable professional conduct rules at all times.
Response within one working day
We commit to acknowledging all client communications within one working day and providing substantive responses as promptly as the matter allows.
Bilingual documentation
All formal documents are prepared in Thai and translated into clear English. You will not be asked to sign something you cannot fully read.
No work beyond agreed scope
If a matter develops beyond original scope, we raise this with you and agree a way forward in writing. No additional work proceeds without your consent and agreement on fee.
